These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 5gbe ("Platform", "we"). By accessing or using any part of the 5gbe platform — including the website, mobile app, Sports Betting products, and online casino games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not create an account or use 5gbe's services. Continued use of the platform following any published updates constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

To create an account and use 5gbe's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Registration is personal and non-transferable. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during sign-up. 5gbe reserves the right to request supporting documents (KYC) at any time to verify identity, age, and residence. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
The KYC ("Know Your Customer") process may require submission of: a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and in some cases a selfie holding your ID. These documents are processed in compliance with the LGPD and used exclusively for verification purposes.
Each user may only have an active account at 5gbe. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, IP address, or registration details is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balances obtained irregularly.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. 5gbe will never ask for your password via email, phone or chat.
You may request account closure at any time through customer support. Closure will be processed after verification of balance and pending bets. Accounts may be closed or suspended by 5gbe in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirement.
5gbe accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in Brazilian reais (BRL/R$):
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. 5gbe does not charge any fees on deposits, but your bank or card provider may apply their own charges. All deposits must be made by the account holder — deposits on behalf of third parties are not accepted. Deposited funds not used for betting within 180 days may be subject to an inactivity fee as communicated to the user.
Withdrawals at 5gbe are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key (CPF, email, phone number, or random key) registered under the account holder's own name. The standard processing time is up to 3 minutes after the request.
5gbe may request additional verification for high-value withdrawals or in cases of unusual account activity. In such instances, processing may take up to 24 hours. This measure exists to protect users against unauthorized account access.
Withdrawals via Pix: In the vast majority of cases, funds reach the user's account in under 3 minutes after the request, including on weekends and national holidays.
By placing a bet on 5gbe, the user agrees to both the general rules and the sport-specific rules available on the platform. Bets are binding upon confirmation by the system, provided the event has not yet started — or, in the case of live bets, that the market is still open.
5gbe reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at any time without providing a reason. Bets accepted due to an obvious odds error (odds materially different from the market due to a technical or human error) may be voided, with the full staked amount refunded.
A bet may be voided in the following situations:
Live bets are subject to data delays and may be suspended or rejected at any time during the event. 5gbe is not responsible for unconfirmed bets resulting from the user's connection instability. Live odds reflect the state of the game at the time of the offer and may change with every play.
In parlay bets (multiples), if one event is voided, the ticket is recalculated without that event while all remaining selections stay active. The bet is not cancelled in full due to a single voided event, except when the resulting ticket contains only one selection.
5gbe offers bonuses and periodic promotions subject to specific conditions. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the promotion description.
The bonus is credited to a separate bonus account, distinct from your real balance. Withdrawals may only be requested after the rollover requirement has been fully met. Bets placed with bonus funds on odds below 1.50, on markets with an implied probability above 70%, or that cover all possible outcomes (dutching) do not count toward the rollover.
5gbe reserves the right to revoke bonuses if abuse is detected, including the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or bonus arbitrage attempts.
The 5gbe platform offers Live Casino games, slots, crash games, and other digital entertainment products. These products are provided by licensed third-party suppliers and operate with random number generators (RNG) certified by independent audits.
The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is disclosed by the provider and available in the game information section within the platform. Live Casino games feature real dealers in real time and follow the official rules of each variant (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and others). Crash games are multiplier-based games where the goal is to cash out before the game "crashes" — the outcome is determined by a verifiable algorithm.
5gbe does not guarantee winnings on any casino game. Games are for entertainment purposes and carry the risk of losing the full amount wagered.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of the platform's content without prior written authorization from 5gbe is prohibited. Use of the platform grants the user a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access the services, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Under no circumstances shall 5gbe's total liability to a user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence.
5gbe may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in services, legislation, or operational practices. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 7 days in advance.
The date of the last update is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.
Before any legal action, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through 5gbe's customer support or out-of-court mediation. The Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) applies to the relationship between individual users and 5gbe as provided by law.
